Blessings come in many forms. Most missed because they are not what we longed for. Nevertheless, they are blessings. Lets be aware of them eg health, family, friends, clients, employers, communities or nations.

As leaders, we must protect and defend the integrity of our colleagues. Especially when they are being accused for actions without hard evidences and witnesses.

Having faith and belief in them must be projected via our words, tonality and body language when we respond to questions thrown by internal or external parties.

How would we feel when we are being accused in our absence, without opportunities to explain the real situations?

Let us be reminded of this fundamental leadership-management behavior and role.

Let us not slack and buck up.

Let us uphold the respect and role vested in us and do the right thing in the right way!

…only telling the truth about what we know and when we know it in the most timely manner would be enough to provide comfort or the focus to carry on. Never ‘wing it’ or bluff our ways through the situation we are facing especially when other concerned parties are involved.

In uncertain situations, people need solid and factual reasons to remain objective to face realities. People can accept realities only when they know that there are nothing being hidden or kept in secret.

During moments of crises, the only and kindest thing we can do is to share information truthfully and timely.
