new managers development program
Our program develops first time managers (who have been just promoted) who needs to transit from being an individual contributor to a team contributor.
This is a significant transition and they need to be supported well with the right mindset and skills. The mindset of leading people and managing processes. Leading and managing have to be done simultaneously to enable all of us to be effective leaders.
The main objective of our program is to install the right mindset as a leader while equipping our cohorts with critical skills and techniques.
